How do I submit stories?

This site is a closed archive, limited to work by Celandine and a very few stories by other authors whom she has asked for permission to post their fic. Unsolicited submissions by others are not accepted.

What are the ratings used on the site?

Stories here are simply rated as either General or Adult. The General rating includes anything that could be reasonably read and understood by someone aged 14. Not all General stories are suitable for very young readers. Parents are urged to be aware of what their children are reading. The Adult rating includes stories that either through theme or explicit sexual material are unsuitable for readers under the age of consent in their locality.

What are the story classifications?

Stories are classified by fandom (category), genre, and warning. Several genres that may be unfamiliar are drabbles, teenyfics, and filks. A drabble is a very short piece of exactly 100 words. A teenyfic (ficlet, flashfic) is a story longer than a drabble, but under 1000 words. A filk is a reworking of song lyrics to make them fandom-specific.
